How it works
- Initial contact: We will organise for one of our consultants to visit you
- Free first appointment: A consultant will contact you and make an appointment to see you, no obligation and totally free
- Discuss what you need and other options with your consultant
- The consultant will then go away and prepare your plans, and check with you during this process to make sure the final product is what you want.
- Plans are finalised and the information collected put together for our builders to quote on
- Once completed a copy of the plans will go to you for your own use
- We get three to four builders to quote on the information we have gathered (we save you the time and trouble of finding the right builders that not only suit the type of building you want but also builders that actually have the time to do the job for you)
# Note: We check all the builders we represent for quality and customer service, and this is ongoing ... So when you decide to build we ask you to give us feed back on your builder
- The builder contacts you and sets up a time to drop off the finalised written quote
- Once you and the builder are happy the builder takes over and completes your building project.
- You can use our website to find any extra services needed to complete your new building project at any time, totally free
- When your building project is completed, with your permission, we would love to come and inspect your final product
